Financial agglomeration effect now play an increasingly important role, that affecting regional economic development and also related to eco-efficiency improvement. In this thesis, we use spatial analysis and spatial econometric models to discusses that temporal and spatial distribution of the financial agglomeration, economic development and eco-efficiency, as well as the effects of financial agglomeration of economic development and ecological efficiency.Based on relevant data of China's 31 provinces, this thesis has established the evaluation index system of finance agglomeration, economic development and eco-efficiency. Then applying entropy method to calculate financial agglomeration and economic development indicators of the country's 31 provinces, and using the DEA to measure eco-efficiency. On this basis, use the GINI, Theil index and the difference to measure the difference. Then we using spatial autocorrelation test to discussed the economic development and eco-efficiency of the spatial correlation, through spatial panel data model to analyze the impact of the financial agglomeration of economic development and eco-efficiency. The conclusions are drawn as followings:1. Currently Chinese finance agglomeration, economic development and eco-efficiency, and industrial restructuring and upgrading have roughly similar regional distribution. From the composite index, it is evident that the top cities are from China Eastern areas in the majority. Western cities ranked by generally.2. The difference between finance agglomeration, economic development and eco-efficiency are getting smaller and smaller. 3. Financial industrial agglomeration can promote the development of our economy and improve our eco-efficiency Chinese economic development and eco-efficiency showed a significant positive correlation. 4. Economic development and ecological protection showed significant spatial spillover effects. That developed provinces can well attract capital, talent and technology from a better economic development and ecological protection and drive the province. Therefore, the state should support the developing provinces, and then stimulate economic development and eco-efficiency improvement, the formation of agglomeration effect to narrow the development gap between regions.
