Research On Optimization Design Of Express Packaging Distribution/Recycling Network

With the rapid development of the express delivery industry,it brings great convenience to people's lives.At the same time,the increasing of express packaging also brings about huge environmental problems.To this end,the government has promulgated a series of policy documents to promote the green packaging express delivery industry,aiming to building a sound resource recovery system,and to carry out the standardization of the logistics industry packaging and recycling pilot,to improve the recycling rate of express packaging.The main idea of this paper is based on Circular Economy theory and extension of producer responsibility system,and proposes the sharing system about circulating packaging(SSCP)of the express delivery industry with the sharing circulating packaging(SCP)as the research object,thus promoting the sustainable development of economy,society and environment,coordinated development and the realization of the ideal model for economic operation of the green development.The innovation of this thesis has the following two aspects.First,the concept of the SCP is systematically expounded for the first time.From the material characteristics,technical support,the use of the main body and the use of methods to explain it,and the case of self-purchase and leasing were carefully analyzed.Second,for the first time,the SCP box is taken as the research object.The logistics network planning is carried out according to the different operation modes of the enterprise.The optimization model of the courier package delivery/ recycling logistics network is established,and the optimization calculation is carried out.Specific work as follows:(1)Combined with the current development status of the express delivery industry,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign express delivery and packaging waste recycling as well as the status of express delivery and packaging recycling.Considering variousfactors,we will establish the SSCP of the express delivery industry that is supported by modern information technologies such as the Internet,Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing in order to solve the hazards of packing for express service on the environment.(2)Based the SSCP of the express delivery industry,in particular,the SCP box is used as the research object.According to the policy guidelines and the existing management methods in the market,this paper analyzes the main body,method and process of recycling recycled packaging in the case of self-purchase and leasing,mainly from the aspects of "self-recycling,joint recycling and entrusted recycling".(3)In depth analysis of domestic and foreign logistics network design related literature.Based on self-support mode and franchise system,this paper studies the optimization of the distribution/ recycling network of the SCP box,and establishes the corresponding model.Finally,according to the survey data collected in the process of the experiment,the model is analyzed,and the validity of the model is verified by two examples.
