The logistics of agro-product has a decisive position in the entire agricultural development system. Reasonable to select the logistics distribution center in the positioning play a a good pivot role during the agro-product Logistics , which form a stable and effective logistics network of agro-product, to reduce inventory costs and logistics losses, improve circulation efficiency and effectiveness, and enhance market competitiveness of agro-product to promote balanced agricultural systems throughout the development of coordination. At the same time, as social development, economic markets and the rapidly changing environment, in order to cope with random changes under the future different circumstances,a reliable and stable agricultural logistics network are the basis for the effective operation of the logistics.Moreover,the reliability of logistics network is also is a measure whether a timely and successful completion of important tasks assigned to the target and a necessary precondition of ensuring long-term stability of agro-product to provide for consumers through agricultural logistics.In this paper, at the basic of considering on a variety of factors,such as costs and services time,it make a study for distribution centers in the site selection to achieve the purpose of optimization of agro-product logistics network ,and also study for the reliability of agro-product logistics network under the condition of the stochastic flow.About logistics distribution center location problem, there are a number of scholars from different side conducted a study on various models but has its own specific and limitations, and because of its complexity, precision algorithm in practice limited the scope of application, When faced with the distribution center location problem involved in many factors and these factors can be divided into qualitative and quantitative factors,this article firstly set up the multi-objective model considering many impact factors such as costs and Services. while evaluate the importance of various factors, it use the methods combined qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, some of the uncertainty information in the factors taken into account, using Grey Analytic Hierarchy Process instead of Analytic Hierarchy Process determine the weight value of the evaluation target reflecting multiple objective function,and this will be multi-objective model can be transformed into single-objective decision-making model of the site involved in various factors .By means of the characteristics of the model, this paper presents a parallel adaptive strategy improved genetic algorithm to solve the model, the candidate set of distribution centers should be screened for selected rational distribution center, so that the logistics network of agro-product are optimized.Because the actual operating conditions of the various transportation routes in the logistics network and distribution centers is uncertain, sometimes more flow of agro-product be abled to deal with, and sometimes it can only deal with relatively few agro-product, and even at certain times in a paralyzed state.In order to better grasp the effectiveness of the logistics network under different circumstances in the future, so that agro-product send up successfully at the state of long-term stability through the logistics network , we must make a study for the reliability of the logistics network under the stochastic conditions.In this paper, the stochastic flow logistics network model based on"cost-Services" strategy was set up under the stochastic conditions by using the related concepts of stochastic flow network, consider multi-agro-products were transported at the same time on logistics network, and uses a simple algorithm based on minimal cuts to study the reliability of whether agro-products were conveyed to the destination through a limited cost and time constraint logistics network under a variety of uncertainty conditions in the future.
