A Study On China-Vietnam Cross-Border Economic Corporation Zone's Industrial Selection

With the deepening of economic globalization,China actively develops regional economic cooperation with neighboring countries.In the southwest region,China's economic and trade exchanges with southeast Asian countries are increasingly close,especially the rapid development of China-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation and the strengthening of economic cooperation.The China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone,composed of the border areas between China and Vietnam,is a new attempt to carry out regional economic cooperation between the two countries and is of great innovative significance.The establishment of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone will not only contribute to the establishment of a closer economic partnership between China and Vietnam,but also provide innovative forms and management experience for China to continue to carry out economic cooperation with neighboring countries in the future.e the establishment of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone,the infrastructure has been continuously improved,the project has progressed smoothly,and the outline of the industrial layout has been initially outlined.However,the current development of the cooperation zone faces a series of problems,such as management issues,the mismatch between China-Vietnam construction progress,and the weak industrial base.This paper believes that industrial clusters have not been formed among the many factors that restrict the development of China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation.The rational industrial selection path and industrial layout are the key to solving the industrial problems in cross-border economic cooperation zones.Since the establishment of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone,the infrastructure has been continuously improved,the project has been progressing smoothly and the industrial layout has been preliminarily outlined.However,at present,the development of the cooperation zone is also faced with a series of problems,such as management problems,the mismatch between the construction schedule of China and Vietnam,and the weak industrial foundation.This paper holds that among the many factors restricting the development of China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation,industrial cluster is the most important one,and reasonable industrial choice path and industrial layout are the key to solve the industrial problems in the cross-border economic cooperation zone.On the one hand,China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone faces significant development opportunities of industrial transfer in eastern coastal areas;on the other hand,the "Belt and Road" initiative brought development opportunities to the construction of China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone.The overall external environment is conducive to the formation of industrial layout of the cross-border economic cooperation zone.This article first through the choice of cross-border economic cooperation zone and industry related theory to comb,and then from the similarity coefficient,location entropy and gray correlation degree,revealed comparative advantage index and trade complementarity index by several aspects,for China's guangxi and bordered with Vietnam's industrial connection and industrial comparative advantage and complementary between empirical research.In this way,it puts forward the industrial selection path for promoting the sino-vietnamese cross-border economic cooperation zone,and provides some reference for other industrial selection problems in the cross-border economic cooperation zone under construction in China.
