Research On The Economic Effect Of China-vietnam Cross-border Economic Cooperrtion Zone

Under the background of the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,countries seek economic development through economic cooperation among countries,and economic cooperation in border areas between neighboring countries is becoming more frequent.With the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,China’s" One Belt,One Road"national strategy and the "two corridors and one circle" plan,the Sino-Vietnamese border has become the" frontier position" for cooperation between China and ASEAN.The Sino-Vietnamese cross-border economic cooperation zone serves as China and Vietnam.The new model of economic cooperation will inevitably affect the economic development of the region in the process of continuous development and growth,resulting in economic effects.First,the theoretical framework of this paper is constructed.On the basis of relevant research summarization,combined with relevant classical theories,the development rules of cross-border economic cooperation zones are summarized.On the basis of defining the economic effects of cross-border economic cooperation zones,the influencing factors of economic effects of cross-border economic cooperation zones are summarized.And the formation mechanism and dynamic evolution mechanism are analyzed,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.Secondly,a quantitative analysis of the economic effects of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone was carried out.The PSM-DID method is used to measure and test the economic effects of economic growth,industrial agglomeration and industrial structure optimization in the current Sino-Vietnamese cross-border economic cooperation zone:the industrial agglomeration effect is significantly positive,while the economic growth effect is positive,but not significant.The industrial structure optimization effect is actually negative.It shows that in the initial stage of the construction of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone,the effect of this policy strategy has not yet been realized,and it has fallen into a "policy trap" to some extent.Finally,targeted measures and recommendations were put forward.Based on the economic effects of the China-Vietnam cross-border economic cooperation zone,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the four aspects of government,infrastructure,industry and environment.
