Policy Research On Supporting The Development Of Small And Medium Sized Scientific And Technological Enterprises In Fujian

Since the reform and opening up,the contribution rate of Fujian science and technology SMEs to the national economy has increased year by year,playing an increasingly important role in many aspects of economic and social development.Most small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises are faced with financing difficulties,lack of talent,low level of human resources and backward management issues.If the SMEs want to achieve long-term development,they should also rely on the strong support of the government policies in addition to relying on their own good management.Based on the SME definition and development theory,on the process of the development of small and medium sized enterprises during the problem,using literature analysis,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,starting from the formulation and adjustment process of Fujian province to support SME development policies,to carry out a systematic analysis at the present stage of SME the difficulties and policy effects and defects.The study found that the current policy has targeted is not strong,the lack of systematic fiscal policy;imbalance;talent supply and demand contradiction;financial services policy needs to be strengthened;the content of the policy is not clear,the problem is not timely guidance.Based on this,this paper established a unified management agencies,small and medium-sized enterprises to attract talent,improve policy adjustment and increase fiscal support policies to establish effective financing policy plan,provide reference for government policy making.
