SY Water Group Development Strategy Research

No large enterprise can circumvent the core issue of strategic development plan ning,whether it is state-owned enterprises or private enterprises.Strategic decision-making to a certain extent determines the development of the enterprise and the futu re.SY Water Group is a typical largescale stateowned enterprises.Over the years,it has been working quietly for the city's water supply.However,due to many factors,Sy Water Group has not planned its own strategic development goals,just based on changes in the environment and constantly change,leading to years of intangible pa y to the huge cost of change,which is not conducive to the efficient operation of ente rprises,but also not conducive to the enterprise to play its role in safeguarding peopl e's livelihood.Starting from the analysis of external environment characteristics and internal conditions of enterprises,this paper systematically analyzes the complex external environment which the enterprise faces,the social status,development opportunities and development potential of enterprises through its advantages and disadvantages,the development capability of the enterprise through the resource capability,the problems of enterprises face and the measures to be taken to cope with the external environment through the actual situation of enterprises.On this basis,according to the strategic matrix analysis,four kinds of development strategies are found to explore one of the most suitable development strategies,and the final position is to choose the development strategy of "supply,drainage,pollution,investment,construction and operation" as the core objective,and to make the overall goal,phased target,industrial chain reorganization and financial feasibility analysis according to the integration requirement.Finally,according to the integration of"supply,drainage,pollution,investment,construction and operation" for SY Waterworks Group,this paper puts forward the construction of large data platform and other safeguards,in the existing capacity of enterprises to ensure that the"integration" of the development of strategic objectives can be achieved.
