Research On The Economic Post-evaluation Indicators System Of Fix Asset Investment In Z Company

Investment in fixed assets is an important part of GDP,and the construction of fixed assets investment projects plays a vital role in promoting national economic growth.However,failure of fixed asset investment projects will also cause economic development problem,so the management of fixed assets projects is particularly important.The project post-evaluation,especially from the perspective of economic benefits,is the most important information feedback method of project management.It is one of the important means to manage the fixed assets investment project,which is of great significance to the survival and development of the enterprise.Enterprises should realize the imperative of the project post-evaluation of economic benefits of fixed assets investment projects,evaluate the economic benefits of each fixed assets project,and analyze the consequence of economic benefit post-evaluation to find out the lesson learned in project investment and project management.The experience and lesson learned would provide objective and accurate basis for decision-making for the future of fixed assets investment to avoid risks.In this paper,based on the study of Z company's fixed assets investment project,via the analysis of its existing economic benefits post-evaluation index system to find the defect of the existing indicators and the means of improvement,its purpose is to build a more comprehensive and suitable post-evaluation index system for the company's fixed assets investment projects in regarding of economic benefits,to provides the basis for calculating more authentic and objective results of economic benefits post-evaluation in fived assets investment projects.So that enterprise decision-makers in accordance with the economic benefit post-evaluation results from the fixed assets investment project to sum up the experience and lessons learned of the whole process from the project initiation to production and operation of the project and provides the decision-making basis and management methods for the future fixed assets investment.In this paper,firstly.lintroduce the background,construction and operation of Z company's fixed assets investment project.Secondly,I analyze the current economic benefits post-evaluation index system of Z company's fixed asset investment project,and try to propose some improvement of the existing indicators system and method of weight determination,reengineer the fixed asset investment project economic benefit post-evaluation indicator system.Finally,based on the proposed index system,to recalculate the Z company's investment project and analyze the outcomes.It is hoped that this paper will provide a strong basis for the future investment decision of fixed asset investment projects and provide scientific reference for the implementation of ensuing projects.
