The Optimization Of The Empty Container Transportation In China And Europe Based On Owner Satisfaction

In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the government has launched a number of policies and measures conducive to economic development,such as "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei" coordinated development strategy,"The Belt and Road" development strategy and so on.The introduction of these strategies,on the one hand is conducive to the sustained and healthy development of China's economy,on the other hand also led the relevant regions and countries of economic growth.There are many key issues,such as the transit problem of the EU-China container,It is one of the most important topics.It provides a new transportation options for trade in goods between China and Europe and A more long-term development of the country launched a new strategic channel.At present,the development trend of EU-China container shows that the number and scale of container ships in China and Europe have been increasing,the domestic and international regions have opened the EU-China classes,but their transportation demand is relatively insufficient,especially there are many empty transport problems.And low market share,while a large number of redundant construction waste of resources,low cost and stimulate increased traffic caused by government subsidies blind disorderly competition to some extent.This paper analyzes the problems are empty trains transport process between China and Europe.First,the status of EU-China container train transport analysis,drawing a roadmap part of the main classes out,then the theoretical knowledge of Owner Satisfaction to the EU-China container train transport problems,empty container transport of EU-China train analysis.Second,the brief cited mathematical models and optimization methods to solve the common problem of railway transportation of empty containers,compare their characteristics and applicability to construct appropriate mathematical models and efficient solution method.Finally,the reference to the actual situation of EU-China trains to solve the model and the results analyzed,and improve the EU-China row empty container transportation problem strategies and methods.The study shows that this model solving the EU-China container train empty transport optimization in only consider punitive cost transportation costs and transportation extension of the mandate of the(considering the owner satisfaction).There are many factors and the actual transportation is more complicated.This research and analysis is not sufficient.In the future,We will deepen cooperation in the fields of economy,culture and tourism along with the countries of China and all countries along the "The Belt and Road",which will promote the development of EU-China classes to a higher level.
