In railway freight transportation,compared to the FTL(full-truck loaded),LTL(less truck loaded)model,container transport has several strong points for its higher efficiency in loading and unloading process and high quality freight protection,with these advantages,container transport has getting a rapid development with an increasing proportion of container transport volume in railway freight transportation year by year.However,with the growth of container traffic volume,how to optimize container transport mode,improve transport efficiency and increase profit space has raised concern in the field of railway transportation.As one of the focus points,empty container dispatching needs to be optimized and solved.The unreasonable of empty container dispatching scheme affects not only the development of container transport,but also the idle transportation resources,which greatly increasees the cost of transportation and affects the transportation benefit for relevant enterprises.Therefore,according to the characteristics and current situation of empty containers dispatch in rail way container transport in China,the empty and loaded containers transportation should be combined with dynamic pricing and adjust freight demand through differential pricing to realize the empty containers allocation and improve the profits for relevant railway transportation enterprises.This paper mainly studies how to formulate scientific and reasonable pricing strategy and allocation plan for railway empty and loaded containers in China.The three core contents are as follows:First of all,based on the current situation of railway freight market,this paper proposes a combination of transportation and pricing setting for empty and loaded containers,apply Logit price response function to simulate the relationship between freight rate and demand in railway freight market.Then,the single-cycle transport and pricing optimization model of railway empty and loaded containers is set up with the aim of maximizing the benefits for railway transport enterprises.This model is compared and analyzed with the existing empty containers allocation and transportation model to verify the optimization effect of the proposed model on the allocation and pricing for empty and loaded containers.Secondly,considering the prescription demand of the empty container and the uncertainty of railway container transport time in actual operation,the requirement of soft time window is added into the single-cycle transport and pricing optimization model of empty and loaded containers,then,the robust optimization method,corresponding equivalent transformation and dual transformation are applied to simplify the model to achieve a corresponding genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally,considering the dynamic characteristic of the empty container allocation problem,in order to solve the problem of multi-cycle empty and loaded container allocation,this paper deeply studies the allocation and dynamic pricing strategy under the condition of China's railway container transport network,establishing a relevant mathematical model.Then,applying the Lyapunov optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm to solve the model,through the example analysis,shows that in a decision cycle,the model can improve the profit of railway transport enterprise and reduce the cost of empty container transportation.
