In recent years,railway container train transportation has become a relatively competitive transportation method in railway transportation.At present,the proportion of railway freight transportation in China has increased year by year.Now,the price mechanism of fixed freight rates for railway in China cannot adapt to the market-based and competitive environment,and it is not conducive to the benefits of railway transport enterprises.Railway transport companies must establish a flexible pricing mechanism that is guided by market demand.In addition,the decision to depart and stop railway container trains still lacks a scientific and reasonable mechanism and awareness of actual demand.So,the decision-making is highly subjective and affects the benefits of railway operations.With the continuous expansion of container trains in China and the increase in business volume,if the stability of the transportation network is poor,the backlog of goods in the network may change with the changes in external demand.When the demand fluctuates greatly,the backlog fluctuates greatly too.This affects the transportation efficiency and customers' satisfaction.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the stability of the transportation network,the comprehensive optimization of the tariff and the implementation plan is the focus of this study.The core content of this paper's research mainly has the following four points:1.This paper Optimizes the depart/stop plan and cargo volume of single-rail railway container trains under the current fixed freight rates.Then we establish an integer programming model,which use the branch-and-bound method to solve the problem.Finally,the validity of the established model are verified through practical examples.The study of the influence of the change of external demand on the backlog in the network and the comparison of the revenue under different freight rates leads to the consideration of network stability and dynamic pricing.2.For rail freight trains with multiple docking stations on a single line,considering the stability of the transport network,we combine the dynamic pricing with the development plan to study the operational decision-making problems of the container trains.A mixed-integer programming model was established with the goal of maximizing operating returns of railway transportation companies.3.The BCPO algorithm based on Lyapunov optimization technique is proposed.This algorithm is a greedy algorithm that transforms the global optimization problem of time-varying networks into a single-slot optimization problem.It is proved theoretically that this transformation has equivalence.The original objective function is optimized under full consideration of the stability of the transportation network.For the post-transformation problem,the harmony search algorithm was used to solve the problem.The correctness and applicability of the established model and the solution algorithm were verified by example analysis.4.According to the transportation network of China's railway container trains,we have designed a mathematical model under the conditions of network formation,and optimized the freight rate,traffic volume,and operation plan.Based on the consideration of the network,a disturbance variable is proposed and the optimized backlog is controlled at a specific level.The comparison between the optimized results and the existing freight rates is made on a number of indicators,and the superiority of this model and algorithm is derived.These research provide a basis for practical application.
