In the fierce competeting market,enterprise managers want employees to be able to work in the heart,and thus have a higher working efficiency.The improvement of employee's work engagement can make employees feel more and more deeply with the company,so as to increase the internal stability.In the investigation of antecedents of work engagement,in 2013,employee voice attracted the attention of scholars abroad.Employee voice communication is the behavior of employees actively leading to put forward constructive suggestions or points out the existing problem of the organization and the organization,with the aim of improving the situation or prevent harm.Employees can actively offer advice to promote the development of the organization,and actively offer advice behavior of employees in a certain extent reflects the degree of care staff for the organization.Most of the previous studies will cause employees' voice occurred as a research focus,and the study of employee voice as a result of the relatively is little.Inspired by literature study and practice experience,this paper studies employee voice effect on job engagement,and to explore the mediating role of LMX in the model.At the same time,according to the results of this study,suggestions are given management suggestions to promote the staff,improve the quality of leader member relationship and improve employee engagement.This study received a total of 259 questionnaires from Jiangsu enterprises,and use SPSS20.0 software to analyze the data,draw the following conclusions:(1)employees' voice has significant positive predictive effect on work engagement;(2)employee voice has significant positive predictive effect on the leader member exchange(3;)LMX has significant positive influence on work engagement;(4)the leader member exchange on employees' voice has part mediating effect on work involvement in action.The innovation of this paper are as follows:(1)construct a theoretical model of employee voice and work engagement,the employee voice has conducted the research to the influence of work engagement.(2)as the outcome variable ofemployee voice will leader member exchange.(3)the leader member exchange as a mediator of the mediating role between work engagement and employee voice,the mechanism of employee voice of more refined.(4)enrich the antecedent variables of work engagement.
