With the complex and changeable market competition environment,enterprises are facing increasing pressure to survive.More and more enterprises attach importance to the cultivation of talents.Voice behavior talents have become an important factor affecting the survival and development of enterprises.The staff who dare to point out the problems in the process of enterprise operation,give Suggestions for improvement through thinking and actively put forward reasonable Suggestions for the long-term development of the enterprise are the talent resources that the enterprise urgently needs.Therefore,how to train voice behavior talents and improve voice behavior has become the focus of leaders.Firstly,this study reviews the literature of leadership exchange relationship,organizational support and employee voice behavior,and selects the definition,dimension,scale and research status of the three variables that are suitable for the research direction of this paper through sorting out the relevant literature research at home and abroad;secondly,according to the determined variable dimension and research content,the research framework is constructed,and the questionnaire is designed,and the survey questions are distributed through the network way The results are as follows:(1)The leadership exchange relationship has a significant positive impact on employee's speech behavior,whether it is positive or negative.(2)The leadership exchange relationship has a significant positive impact on organizational support and all dimensions.(3)Organizational support has a significant positive impact on employees' voice behavior.(4)As an intermediary variable,organizational support plays a part in the process of the influence of leader member exchange on the dependent variable employees' voice behavior.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the enterprise management enlightenment is put forward.At the same time,there are still some deficiencies in this study,and new research prospects are put forward by summarizing.This paper has the following innovations: firstly,through literature review and combing,some domestic and foreign scholars have studied the impact of leader member exchange on employee's voice behavior,but most of the intermediary variables selected are based on psychological concepts,such as psychological safety,big five personality and so on.This paper takes organizational support as the intermediary variable,further improving the internal influence of employee's voice behavior The research results not only help to enrich the theoretical connotation,but also have considerable practical significance and practical value.Secondly,the previous researches on the influencing factors of employees' voice behavior mainly focused on the different leadership styles,such as tolerant leadership,transformational leadership,etc.There are also scholars from the organizational level,such as organizational climate and organizational justice,but the literature is relatively scarce from the perspective of the quality of the exchange relationship between leaders and members.Therefore,This paper will study the influence of leadership exchange relationship on employee's voice behavior under the mediation of organizational support.
