The Transmutation Of Labor Paradigm Driven By Technology

The development of technology is the independent variable of the progress of the times.Driven by technology,the labor paradigm is certain to change in stages.After clarifying the historic characteristics of "Industrial 4.0" technology,we can know that labor paradigm in this node is bound to experience complete,subversive transmutation.In this way,on the one hand it helps people to understand technology so as to recognize the nature of technology.One the other hand,it is actually for studying workers who are main bodies with the labor paradigm as an intermediary,which is the problem of man's free labor.This paper has three parts.First of all,with the text parsing of Marx,Engels,Habermas,it is recognized that the concept of "should-be" labor paradigm should proceed from inter-subjectivity.And under the influence of technology and classical writers' deep philosophical analysis,this concept has the richer and richer connotation gradually.The second part of the paper introduces the technological revolution that leads the transmutation of labor paradigm.The technological revolution essentially reconstructs labor and also makes labor break through the human physical,intellectual limitations.Nowadays,two main aspects that affect the labor paradigm are the continuous Energy Revolution and the round-breaking Information Technology Revolution.The paper tries to clarify the new technology how to act on the concept of labor in the process of introduction of technology.The third part describes the transmutation of labor paradigm directly.It summarizes and foresees the subjectivity and manifestation of future labor mainly from the following aspects.Firstly,it describes the labor and its characteristics within the post-industrial age by introducing Hart and Negri's "immaterial labor".Then it provokes thinking through the technical revolution logic of the "Industrial 4.0",which is the end result of this paper.At last,it is concluded that the future labor will experience a comprehensive transmutation in ways of the foundation,the time,the space,the standard and the value orientation.This is the predictive conclusion based on technical logic.The transmutation of the future labor paradigm has rich practical significance to individual production and life.Keeping noticing how the technology influences on labor guides us to build an innovation-oriented society and country as well as an ecological and sustainable labor manner.What's more,it can also lead us to grasp the opportunities in the future competition.Although this paper does not directly find the way to draw a conclusion,but provides some theoretical thinking for us to solve the problem better.
