Research On Spillover Effect Of OFDI Of China From An Regiona Difference View

China's outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)began to enter a period of rapid development since entering WTO.Until 2015,the flow of China's outward foreign direct investment ranks second in the world,and the stock of China's outward foreign direct investment ranks eighth in the world.and further laid the China's outward foreign direct investment in the international status of large countries.With the rapid development of OFDI in China,the development of OFDI is becoming more and more obvious in China.Therefore,this paper studies the technology spillover effect and space spillover effect of OFDI in various regions of China,which is of great theoretical and practical value,using the theoretical analysis and empirical research methods combined with OFDI in various regions of China.According to the relevant scholars,we can see that there is technology spillover effect of FDI in China,but there is little research on its spillover effect.Firstly,this paper constructs the international R & D technology spillover model by referring to CH model and LP model,and puts the international technology spillover ways such as OFDI,foreign trade,foreign direct investment into the same analysis frame.Comparing the three spillover channels to China technological innovation The impact of technology in-depth analysis of the eastern and central OFDI technology spillover effect.Then,this paper constructs the panel spatial error model and the panel spatial autoregressive model,and testifies whether the OFDI has spatiotemporal spillover effect in various regions of China.Based on the above research methods,this paper analyzes the data from the national,eastern,central and western regions according to the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2013.The results showed that:(1)There is a significant technology spillover effect among China's outward foreign direct investment.From the eastern region,foreign direct investment and foreign trade have significant reverse technology spillover effect,while foreign direct investment did not show a significant technological spillover effect.From the central region,foreign direct investment and foreign trade have a technology spillover effect,foreign direct investment not only for its imitation-type technology innovation does not promote the role and also inhibited its original type of technological innovation.From the western region,foreign direct investment,foreign trade had a significant effect of technology spillovers,foreign direct investment only to its imitation-type technology innovation has a catalytic role,and its original type of technological innovation did not play a significant role in promoting.In general,the reverse technology spillover effect of OFDI on China's technological innovation is lower than that of foreign trade on China's technological innovation.(2)There is a significant spatial spillover effect among China's outward foreign direct investment.From the Moran's I index,there is a significant spatial positive correlation between China's outward foreign direct investment in different regions.The result shows that the panel spatial error model is better than the panel spatial autoregressive model,so the panel space error model is selected as the basic model.From the empirical results,there are significant spatial spillover effects of OFDI in various regions of China,and the level of economic development,foreign trade development,per capital FDI and human capital can effectively promote the spatial agglomeration of China's OFDI.
