Big data provides new opportunities and methods for urban research.The methods of traditional urban commercial center system research are relatively limited,especially the depth of quantitative research is not enough.Based on the quantitative assessment of large data,combined with public participation,the formation of the"big data + public feedback" commercial center system evaluation model,it can be objective,scientific and quantitative reflection of the city commercial center system scale and hierarchical structure characteristics.Based on POI commercial network,house price,population,city basic information and so on,the article chooses the four indexes of commercial agglomeration centrality,commercial facility service level,commercial industry status,and industry attraction.Assessment of the index system,the main city of Nanjing,the status of commercial facilities with a comprehensive assessment of the land,so as to measure the degree of commercialization of the land.Combined with the public questionnaire assessment method to locate the public awareness of the level of commercialization in Nanjing,in order to feedback large data assessment results.And then compared with the commercial center system of the recent construction plan(2007-2015)of Nanjing Commercial Network Planning(2007-2020),analyzes the problems existing in the planning of urban commercial center system,and analyzes the requirements of Nanjing commercial center system Implementation of the optimization to provide the appropriate recommendations.Integrated large data quantitative assessment and public feedback results,and compared with the current commercial network planning,the following conclusions:The main center of Nanjing commercial center system presents a spatial structure of "one main nucleus,five sub-nuclear(2+3),multi-zone nuclear,three horizontal axis,one vertical axis".Xinjiekou the main city within the scope of the only strong nuclear,Confucius Temple,Hunan Road,Longjiang,Jiangdong,the central gate for the next level of five sub-nuclear(2+3);Xiao Zhuang,Xianlin,Xinyao,Maigaoqiao,Xinzhuang,,Huajin Road,Guanghua Road,south of the city,Mochou Lake,Hexi,Sanjiang College nearby for a number of regional nuclear,the overall show east to Xinjiekou Hanzhong Road-Zhongshan East Road,Guangzhou Road-Zhujiang Road,Water Simon Street-Shengzhou Road-Health Road for three horizontal axis,north and south to Zhongshan South Road-Zhongshan North Road,a longitudinal axis layout.At the same time,the results of public feedback show that the public's perception of Nanjing commercialization level is similar to that of large data analysis,only slightly different,which further validates the credibility of large data analysis results.By comparing the results of the evaluation with the "Nanjing Commercial Network Planning(2007-2020)",the commercial development space position,format structure and scale required by the planning objectives in the recent development planning stage of 2007-2015,and the current commercial center system There is a big difference,planning for some areas of the commercial center level positioning is too high or too low and so on,failed to provide a reasonable guide to the development of urban commercial equilibrium and the corresponding development control.Therefore,the planning should re-integrate the status quo of the regional business development level,format and size of the situation,to further improve and sort out the main city of Nanjing commercial center system structure.
