Remanufacturing engineering,as important forms and advanced means of circular economy,has attracted wide publicity in society.Disassembly is the precursor and crucial part of used products remanufacturing.Disassembly sequence planning plays an important role in product disassembly process,and it is also the core part of product design for disassembly and recycling.Based on the analysis of the research progress of product disassembly sequence planning at home and abroad,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the construction of product disassembly information model,the analysis of disassembly index and the optimization of disassembly sequence,which can effectively reduce the dismantling expenses,improve the dismantling efficiency and the quality of recycling parts.In this thesis,the main contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that the traditional interference matrix model can not deal with the tilt of parts in assembly,a product disassembly information model based on generalized interference matrix is proposed.In addition,an automatic generation method of generalized interference matrix based on axial bounding box and solid intersection interference detection is established.Through the secondary development of SolidWorks software with the VB6.0,the automatic generation of the generalized interference matrix is realized.(2)In order to solve the problem of combinatorial explosion in the process of solving the disassembly sequence based on the graph search,in this thesis,the disassembly sequence is optimized based on an improved adaptive genetic algorithm.By constructing appropriate fitness function,chromosome encoding,genetic operator and improving the crossover probability and mutation probability,an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve the product disassembly sequence.To verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,the algorithm is applied to a certain type of hydraulic cylinder assembly.(3)The disassembly energy is a key indicator to reappraise product disassembly sequence.The composition model of disassembly energy and the energy consumption model of conveyor belt are established.The energy consumption for the typical connection ways,such as screw connection,interference connection and buckle connection is analyzed and calculated.At the same time,the influence of the axial bending deformation on the energy consumption for relieving the interference fit restraint is discussed.(4)Aiming at a few disassembly sequences which are searched by the improved adaptive genetic algorithm,considering the technical,environmental and economic aspects of the product,the evaluation index system of disassembly sequence is established,and a synthetical evaluation method of product disassembly sequence based on entropy weight and TOPSIS method is proposed.
