With the economic development,more and more new products need to update to satisfy demand and lots of obsolete products are generated fast.In order to protect environment,reduce environmental pollution and promote resource,recycling and remanufacturing of products,as important forms of circular economy,have aroused widespread concern in society.Product disassembly is defined as "the process of systematic removal of desirable constitute parts from an assembly while ensuring that there is no impairment of the parts due to the process".Disassemble is the prerequisite for efficient recycling,it is also the important link of product remanufacturing.Therefore,its disassembly modeling and optimization is one of important hot topics.In this paper,based on the inland and outland research on status of product disassembly,introduce and propose the systemic analysis of dismantlbility evaluation system and disassembly planning,the main contents of the study are summarized as follows:(1)Introduce the purpose and significance on product disassembly and describe the current technology status on disassembly technology at home and abroad.It is said that the development of green disassembly technology not only can effectively reduces environmental pollution and saves the resource and energy,but also can prompt the development of area economy.Also,the status on disassemblability evauation,disassembly planning of product disassembly is summarized.(2)Disassembly model is the basis for disassembly optimization of products.This paperpresents the analysis of usual disassembly information models,such as,tree level diagram,directed graph,no-directed graph and Petri nets.Also their merit and demerit are summarized.(3)Disassembly plan is to optimize the process of dismantling sequence or dismantling,getting the target of the most efficient,lowest cost,the shortest dismantling time,the least energy consumption and pollution,etc.Basing on the physical nature of many uncertain variables of product dismantling process,product dismantling recycling profits as the target parameters,considering the uncertainty of recycled product parts quality and the expenses of variable dismantling operating to build the model of recovery profits in the dismantling process products and research the optimization methods,In addition,depending on the decision of dismantling,dismantling expectations models and chance-constrained model were constructed.In the meantime,the Hybrid intelligent algorithm simultaneously integrated fuzzy and bee colony algorithm were used to solve constructed model,and solving results verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm solving.(4)Saving energy is one of the hot topics in the society.Taking the disassembly energy as the evaluation parameter and combined with combined with the concept of the energy disassemblability degree,the energy assessment model of product disassembly is established.In addition,their energy planning models and solving algorithm are presented.Finally,an example is provided to verify the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.In short,uncertainty disassembly modeling and optimization problems are discussed in detail,the above research provides the guidance for the actual disassembly decisions-making.
