Industrialization and population growth have made the contradiction between environment pollution and the resource shortage increasingly prominent.Practice has proved that remanufacturing plays an important role in saving resources,reducing environmental pollution and increasing social and business benefits.The disassembly of waste products is an important part of remanufacturing activities.The difficulty of disassembly has an important impact on the remanufacturing costs,the parts quality and the remanufacturing cycle.In the new product design phase,original equipment manufacturers(OEMs)need to consider factors related to remanufacturing,such as disassembly,to determine the appropriate level of disassembly to optimize profit over the life cycle.In addition,market segments are divided into primary consumers and green consumers according to different consumers' environmental awareness.Different types of consumers have different preferences for new products and remanufactured products.It is necessary for OEM to consider the impact of consumer segments when deciding product pricing and disassembly level.Therefore,this paper studies the optimal disassembly level and pricing strategy of OEMs considering disassembly and market segmentation.First,when studying the impact of product disassembly on remanufacturing profits,under the non-disassembly or disassembly circumstances,it sets up two-stage mathematics programming models with constraints to maximize OEM's profit,and obtains optimal strategies by using K-T condition.Finally,it carries out the sensitivity analysis of the decision variables and the objective functions,and compares the two models by means of analytical methods and numerical examples.The results show that the profit with the disassembly is greater than the profit without the disassembly.Second,when studying the impact of market segmentation on remanufacturing profits in the market,it sets up two-stage mathematics programming models with constraints to maximize OEM's profit,and obtains optimal pricing and disassembly level strategies when the OEM adopts the low-price strategy and the high-price strategy by using K-T condition.Finally,it carries out the sensitivity analysis of the decision variables and the objective functions,and compares the two strategies by means of analytical methods and numerical examples.The results show that the profit margin of OEM's low-price strategy and high-price strategy changes with the reduction of unit production cost of new products and the increase of unit cost savings of remanufactured products.OEMshould adjust the disassembly level and pricing strategy timely according to the size of green consumer market share in order to achieve the goal of maximizing profits.
