With the deepening of China's electric power industry marketization reform,in the face of a new pattern of the electric power industry,power grid companies establishing strategy oriented performance management system is imminent.Performance evaluation is the core of performance management,the development of electric power supply company relations with national economy,thus raising the level of performance evaluation in electric power supply company has become a necessity.This paper reviews the research dynamic of performance evaluation and BSC at home and abroad,analyses our country electric power industry development and characteristics of the performance evaluation,analyses W performance evaluation system thoroughly according to the company's existing problems and reasons.Secondly,on the basis of advanced performance evaluation concept,the company's strategic goal oriented,balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system is put forward the necessity and feasibility.Again,It uses the balanced scorecard theory as the performance evaluation of the dominant methods:W company strategic objectives are part into finance,customer,internal business process,learning and growth four aspects.It carries on the establishment of the index system of the target and design the process of performance evaluation system.In the establishing performance evaluation system and determining the index weight after,this paper roughly introduced how to use the balanced scorecard to calculate the comprehensive rating of company,And estimate the performance evaluation of the expected effect,and in view of the problems that may occur during the process of implementing the corresponding suggestion,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,gives the corresponding security measures.In the text research and discuss,I use qualitative and quantitative analysis method,questionnaire method and case study method to improve research of the W company performance evaluation system,hoping this practical guiding is significance to the W company.Although our country electric power supply company's strategic management level is relatively low,strategic boundary is fuzzy,we can't accurately design the performance evaluation index according to the company strategic objectives,when setting up the performance evaluation system.But with the rapid development of information technology society and the widespread application of the balanced scorecard theory,electric power supply company can gradually overcome the defects of the traditional performance evaluation and promote the development of the company management system.
