Research On China's Energy Cooperation With Saudi Arabia Under The Background Of Peaceful Development

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,China's demand for energy is dramatically increasing.In the last year,China replaced the United State and become the world's largest oil importer.China's overseas energy dependence is continue enhancing.China is eager to make overseas energy cooperation strategy.And Saudi Arabia,one of the most important energy export countries,paid a lot of attention to China's huge energy consumption market.China and Saudi have a good basis and will for further cooperation.And gained a lot of cooperation achievements in the field of energy.But the global energy market has a fierce competition.So the cooperation between two countries has to face many challenges.China and Saudi should base on the goal of promoting the peaceful development of bilateral relations.And work together to overcome the difficulties to promote the construction of the comprehensive partnership between the two countries.Than to advance the peaceful development of the whole world.The thesis mainly includes three parts: the first part is the second chapter.This chapter mainly discusses the history of bilateral energy cooperation,and summarizes the base and features of the energy cooperation.The second part is the third chapter.This chapter describes the mainly problems and risks of the energy cooperation.Such as,a lack of stability,related policies are not perfect,the cooperation field is not comprehensive.And analyzes the main reasons behind these problems from the perspective of Marx doctrine theory.The most important causes are great power game,regional conflicts and cultural differences,as well as the weakness of China's own competitiveness.The third part is the fourth chapter.This chapter discusses that the two countries should build a new model of major-country relationship,enhance the political trust,strengthen the cultural exchanges,and improve the brainpower's training system based on the background of peaceful development.China and Saudi should work together to achieve goal of win-win cooperation in energy field.
