Research On Ecological Culture Construction Of Petroleum Enterprise In Our Country

The enterprise culture is a particular culture management model, with value as its core formed during the development of an enterprise or an organization. With the development of the times, the human's civilization is in the age of the subrogation from the industry civilization to the ecological civilization.The ideas of sustainable development and recycling economy construction are gaining more and more attention during the enterprise culture construction and management practices. In order to better fulfil the enterprise social responsibility and realize their own sustainable development, our petroleum enterprises, which are providing important energy guarantee to nation security, should especially pay more attention to the enterprise ecological culture construction. At present, on the prospect of enterprise culture construction, our petroleum enterprises have accumulated a lot of good experience during the long-term practice, and have achieved good results to play a very important role in the enterprise management practice. However, as the recycling economic concept is still at an early stage in our enterprise production, management, and construction, so enterprises ecological concept, morality culture, legal culture and technology culture construction, still need to adjust their construction goals. We should construct our petroleum enterprises ecological culture at the strategic level of China's ecological modernization construction, in light of their actual business, and with the core of achieving the recycling economy. According to China's oil enterprise development objectives, here I propose China's petroleum enterprises ecological cultural concept: in the direction of ecological modernization, with the goal of achieving sustainable development, considering petroleum enterprise ecological culture cultivating and fulfilling as two important jobs, laying heavy stress on the aspects of ecological morality culture, ecological legal culture, and ecological science and technology culture. Petroleum enterprise in our country should establish a ecological culture system contained the ecological moral culture as the soft constraint, the ecological legal culture as the hard constraint, the ecological science and technology culture as the promotion, to ultimately achieve petroleum enterprise sustainable development.
