After years of development,with the introduction of a series of national property management laws and regulations,China's property maonagement makes property management more market-oriented,social and specialized.As a part of the whole estate management,the residential district property has been paid more attention by the academia and the whole society.However,there are still a variety of problems in property management in our country,such as high owner complaints,low satisfaction and so on.With the continuous development of society,these problems have not only been better reduced,but there has been a trend of "no reduction,no increase".Only through continuous research to find the key factors restricting the development of China's property management,and optimize these factors,reduce the influence of these factors,in order to fundamentally improve the company's property management service level,reduce customer complaints and complaints,improve customer satisfaction degree.This study takes Qionglai District A as an example,and conducts an empirical study on customer satisfaction of property management services in Qionglai A district.Using questionnaires and using statistical methods,the data reflects the satisfaction degree of property management services provided by the owners.Combined with the theoretical tool of KNAO model,analysis of the key influencing factors of A residential property management satisfaction using literature analysis and questionnaire,and these key factors as the goal,combined with the A residential property management issues and the status quo,worked out in accordance with the property management service of A District of Qionglai city promotion measures,in order to promote the district the property management service level fundamentally,improve the owners(customer)satisfaction,and provides system solutions for improving A residential property management satisfaction.
