Research On The Cooperation And Development Of Port In China Under The Framework Of Maritime Silk Road

Since the reform and opening up,with the great progress made in China's economy,the port business has been a better development,the port infrastructure is relatively perfect,the port size development to large-scale.The port has gradually become a strong support for regional economic development,port operation and management,port construction,port relationship maintenance began to get more attention.With the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" strategy put forward,the port as an important strategic fulcrum of the Silk Road strategy,is facing an unprecedented opportunity for development.How to handle the relationship between the ports along the Silk Road in China,integrate the port resources,build a reasonable port system,play the role of the port effectively for the construction of the Silk Road becomes an important issue in port development.At present,the relationship between China's ports is still relatively chaotic,on the one hand,there is a lot of disorderly competition between the port because of the hinterland resources for the competition and the development of new routes and other reasons;the other hand,the port will cooperate each other because of economies of scale.The 21st century Maritime Silk Road strategy is to create an open and win-win trade environment,to advance domestic major large-scale port along the Maritime Silk Road fastly and promote mutual cooperation between each other is an inevitable trend of port development.In order to better promote the establishment of cooperation between ports,according to "promote.the Silk Road economic zone and the 21st century Maritime Silk Road vision and action",this article selects the 15 important ports as research object on the basis of clearing the establishment of routes between ports and uses the improved gravitational model and network analysis to study the cooperative development relationship between 15 important ports along the country.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the 15 important ports along the Silk Road in China have broken through the geographical restrictions and established cooperative relations,but the intensity of cooperation needs to be further strengthened.In the current port dynamic relationship,Shanghai,Shenzhen and other large ports show a strong "siphon effect",and cooperate with small and medium-sized ports closely;Xiamen port,Fuzhou port and other medium-sized port play a very good role in transit,and large and small ports are closely linked,but still there is a competition between each other;Shantou Port,Sanya Port and other small ports exist cooperative relations between large and medium-sized ports.In order to better promote the development of cooperation between ports,from the clear port positioning,strengthen the port strength,diversified means of cooperation and integrated port management four angles put forward development proposals.
