Research On The Influence Of The Labor Cost Of Textile Enterprises On The Financial Performance Of Enterprises

The textile industry has always been an important part of China's economy over the past 30 years.China's textile industry has been the rapid development of reform and opening up,China's economic development,city construction,to solve the employment problem,made a great contribution to exports.In recent years,with the rising price levels,the overall salary of workers in our country income continues to increase,enterprises of all types of rising labor costs brought huge cost burden to the enterprise.In our country,as a labor-intensive enterprises textile enterprises are facing rising labor costs is particularly prominent,how to reasonably optimize labor costs,become the textile enterprises to improve corporate finance In this context,this paper studies the impact of the textile enterprise labor costs on the financial performance of the enterprise.This paper from the definition of textile enterprises,labor costs and corporate financial performance related concepts,from domestic and foreign experts and scholars on labor costs and corporate financial performance,combined with the actual situation of China's textile enterprises put forward the hypothesis and construct the mathematical model of impact of labor cost in textile enterprises on financial performance.In the empirical analysis the information in the financial statements,select 2013-2015 Shanghai and Shenzhen 75 textile enterprises in two cities listed as samples,with recruitment costs,training sample enterprises labor cost,use cost,the cost of turnover as the explanatory variable,the sample size of the enterprise and growth as control variables The sample,the enterprise's financial performance as explanatory variables,to study labor cost in textile enterprises impact on corporate financial performance model,and puts forward the optimization of labor cost recommendations according to the empirical results.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the topics of the background,significance,research ideas and methods.The second part is the theory part,mainly the related theory literature review and labor cost and enterprise financial performance.The third part is the empirical study,including sample selection and collection,analysis,empirical research,conclusion hypotheses.The fourth part is the research conclusions andsuggestions.The recruitment of labor cost,training cost,use cost and enterprise financial performance was positively related to the turnover,labor cost is negatively correlated with corporate financial performance,based on the optimization of labor cost in textile enterprises.
