Study On The Trend Of Labor Cost Of Petro China Company Limited

With the rapid development of the economy of our country,the focus of competition among enterprises have gradually shifted to costs.As is known,labor cost is a most important part,which not only directly affects the scale of the total cost,but also indirectly reflects the competitiveness strength in human resource market.Petroleum has always been very important to our country's energy.However,subjected to the impact of slowing down of our country's economic growth and the drop of the international crude oil prices,the oil industry is facing enormous challenges.On the other hand,the oil industry has always been a labor-intensive industry,for which,the labor cost has made up an extremely important part of the total cost.What's more,for the impact of demographic dividend thinking,labor cost management is still a big challenge for us.Therefore,It will choose the PetroChina Company Limited(called PetroChina for short)as the research object in this paper.Firstly,it will give a definition to what will be contained in the labor cost,and then it will analyze the labor cost management of PetroChina,by the means of literature reading,data analysis,chart analysis and comparative analysis,to give an introduction of the constitution of labor cost in PetroChina and analysis of labor cost total quantity,structure,efficiency and elasticity of the leading enterprise in petroleum industry.To summarize what could be done to make a better management in labor cost for PetroChina.Finally,it will provide some countermeasures and suggestions according to the author's Human Resource Management majority background.
