Research On Improving The Tax Service System Of Y County Tax Bureau Based On Taxpayer Satisfaction

In recent years,with the transformation of the government’s governance model,the taxation service capabilities of taxation agencies have been given greater expectations and higher requirements,and taxation service work has become a top priority.Although grass-roots tax authorities have made great progress in improving tax service capabilities and optimizing tax service quality in recent years,the results of the national taxpayer satisfaction survey show that the tax service work of grass-roots service agencies still has many shortcomings This has not only hindered the transformation of tax authorities from "rights-based" to "service-based" functions,but also affected the improvement of tax compliance.Therefore,this article will use the empirical research method to mainly display the data indicators of the Y County Taxation Bureau in the national taxpayer satisfaction survey,analyze the deficiencies and reasons of the current tax service system of the Y County Taxation Bureau,and finally form a tax payment to the Y County Taxation Bureau.Improve the service system and make suggestions to improve the existing shortcomings of the tax service system and improve the quality and efficiency of Y County’s tax service.
