Taxation plays an important role in the national macro-control.The collection and management of tax is currently undergoing a continuous transformation from the traditional "management type" to the modern "service type".Especially after the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,China's fiscal and taxation system reforms have entered a crucial stage.Although China's tax service has been improved,there are still some problems.For the Tax Bureau,improving the quality of service has become an important research topic.This thesis is guided by the relevant theory of tax service,combined with the current situation of the local taxation bureau in T District,Tianjin,and has carried out a systematic discussion and study on improving the service quality of the Tax department.First,study based on data provided by libraries and internet.Summarize the concept and connotation of tax service,theoretically analyze the theoretical requirements and research significance of tax service construction.Second,by learning from the experience of tax payment services in other countries,after analyzing and summarizing,some of the best parts are refined,and some of the dross are eliminated,which serves as a revelation for improving the level of tax service.Third,the Local Taxation Bureau in T District of Tianjin as the research object for empirical investigation.According to the questionnaire survey data,a satisfaction model was constructed for factor analysis,and the existing problems in the l Local Taxation Bureau in T District of Tianjin in tax service work were summarized and analyzed.Finally,based on the survey data and the status quo of the Local Taxation Bureau in T District of Tianjin,a method to solve the problem was found based on the tax service issues arising from actual work.
