Working capital management is an important content of enterprise financial management and good management of working capital is necessary for enterprises to survive.How to determine the amount of working capital which is necessary to sustain the production and business operation activities through the management of working capital,in the meantime,ensure the security of the property,increase the utilization level of working capital and its turnover efficiency,reduce the holding cost of working capital,improve the overall profitability of enterprises,and ultimately achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise and the profit target.It is the problem that all enterprise management must face.Only enterprise under good management and operation of working capital,can it guarantee the efficiency of connecting between procurement,production and sales,and can it survive and develop in market competitions.In addition,the management of working capital in sales channel is more important,which is directly related to the core competencies in trade enterprises'survival and development.Effective management of working capital in sales channels can maintain normal production and operation activities,enhance enterprises 'financing ability,improve the sales ability of trading companies,keep companies'debt paying ability and improve the operational efficiency of working capital at the same time.It is the key element of improving the profitability of an enterprise.Therefore,the management of working capital in the sales channel plays a vital role in an enterprise's survival and development.On the foundation of channel management theory and working capital management theory based on the channel management theory,this paper combines the working capital management mode with enterprise business operation model,studies D company's sales channels operating capital structure,characteristics and management of the status quo,discuss trade logistics companies represented by D company and analyze the problems of internal and external reasons,then puts forward specific countermeasures of sales channels to carry on the reasonable and effective management of working capital.
