Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Working Capital Management Of YJ Company Based On Channel Theory

The working capital of an enterprise is generally applied to the basic business activities such as the production of goods.These business activities exist in different channels of the enterprise,so the channel theory is fully integrated into the theory of working capital management of the enterprise.It is very necessary for enterprises to analyze the management of working capital.This paper mainly selects the YJ company of the beer industry for analysis,mainly because the beer industry has not developed very well in recent years,and it has strong dependence on various channels.YJ company is a representative company in the beer industry.All the studies are based on YJ company.Through the analysis of YJ's financial indicators from 2013 to 2017 and the working capital analysis of each channel,at the same time,compares with QingDao beer company and the average value of the whole industry,based on the channel management theory,this paper analyzes the distribution of working capital,management performance and management methods of YJ,and evaluates the management performance and methods of YJ's procurement channels,production channels and sales channels.Through research,it is found that in the process of working capital management,there are mainly serious accumulation of inventory in the procurement channel,the production channel needs to be improved in product turmover rate,and the three types of problems are unreasonable for upstream and downstream enterprises.It is believed that the main reason for these problems is that the enterprise scale procurement leads to material backlog,the production channel is inefficient,the operation is not coordinated,and the upstream and downstream relationship management is not paid enough attention.Finally,in view of the problems and causes of the analysis,this paper puts forward three suggestions on reducing the capital occupation of procurement materials,optimizing business processes,improving production efficiency and rationally utilizing commercial credit.The innovation of this paper is that in the analysis process,not only the evaluation of individual factor indicators,but also the evaluation of the current situation of YJ company's working capital management based on channel theory.Moreover,in the whole analysis process,the characteristics of the beer industry are analyzed and analyzed,and targeted suggestions are made.The downside is that there are fewer listed companies in the beer industry,so there are fewer comparison samples and less public disclosure data,so it is not possible to reflect the problems of the company more accurately.
