Chinese family business has grown and developed continually since Reform and Open up policy,and has obtained outstanding success,which contributes so much to state economy.In our country the family enterprises is an important part of private enterprises,and has a high proportion,the family enterprises play a important role in expanding employment,meeting the social demand,promoting regional economic development and so on.Family enterprises,however,the average level of their life is not high,influenced by Chinese traditional culture,such an Confucianism,these family companies expose themselves with many problems in Human Resource Management,which has become a bottleneck to the development and modernization of them.In addition,the important problems that the family enterprises face are the growth of economy and sustainable development,.Meanwhile,human resource management is a key to the growth and sustainable development of the family enterprises,so anglicizing and thinking deeply of human resources management in the family enterprise,and proposing the solutions and strategies are the important keys to sustainable development of the family enterprises.As the same as the majority of Chinese family businesses,suizhong Z Wine enterprise adopt the simple mode of human resources management,with the development of the enterprise and the expansion of scale,this approach can not be adopt the needs of the company,and it exposed many malpractices.Therefore,improving its human resource becomes a top priority for enterprises.Taking Suizhong Z wine enterprise as an example,based on the study of human resource management in the the family business,this thesis bases of investigation and research of the suizhong Z wine company focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the current human resources management,puts forward corresponding solutions and strategies,and provides reference for the development of suizhong Z wine enterprise.In fact,the improve problems of human resource development and management are not only exist in the developing process of Z wine enterprise,but also in every enterprise in different emphases.This paper carried out the demonstration through the combination of theory and practice,under the guidance of theoretical foundation,and citing specific company,which hope to provide some references to all the developing family enterprises for in human resources management.
