Study Of Imperfect Maintenance Strategy Based On Equipment Maintenance Ability

Manufacturing is the cornerstone of national prosperity and social stability.Along with the manufacturing getting more and more intelligent and flexible,the complexity,accuracy and automation of production equipment are more and more important.And the maintenance work is becoming increasingly difficult.Maintenance ability varies in different enterprises.So the maintenance strategy should take maintenance ability into consideration.Therefore,it has great significance to explore the optimal preventive maintenance strategy under the influence of complex maintenance factors.This paper started with the assessment of enterprise's maintenance ability.Based on the assessment,an imperfect maintenance model was built to figure out the optimal number of preventive maintenance and the reliability threshold of equipment.First of all,the research of maintenance ability and imperfect maintenance strategy are summarized and reviewed.Thus,the direction and main content of this paper was determined.Secondly,the assessment index system was constructed by using the fuzzy AHP theory.And the variable weight synthesizing theory was employed to calculate the final scores to avoid the unscientific problem in constant weight model.Then,maintenance ability assessment result was integrated into age reduction factor to improve the virtual age model.In this model,the system undergoes preventive maintenance whenever the reliability reaches the threshold,while the system undergoes corrective maintenance at failures.The preventive maintenance is imperfect and the corrective maintenance is minimal.The cost of maintenance process was taken into consideration in this paper.To minimize the cost per unit of time,the equipment reliability threshold and maintenance times are decision variables.Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the maintenance strategy optimization model.And the relationship between maintenance ability and maintenance strategy,the initial purchase cost and maintenance strategy was discussed.
