Research On Label Printing Equipment Maintenance Decision Mode

The traditional maintenance management that maintains and restores the equipment rated state, has been unable to meet the developing of the modern label printing enterprise. The effective enterprise maintenance management is the important guarantee enterprise regular production, it also can enhance the enterprise equipment investment benefit, urges the enterprise fixed asset to guarantee price with the increment essential content.In this paper, the author firstly introduced the equipment maintenance management development and the tendency, and also induced the international maintenance strategy and e classified; secondly ,the author has researched the equipment maintenance decision model, separately from equipment, the enterprise internal resources and exterior cooperation and so on, has carried on the label printing enterprises equipment maintenance decision.The paper mainly researched the key of equipment maintenance decision: maintenance organization decision, maintenance strategy decision and the preventive maintenance cycle decision. The author used the synthesis goal logic judgment to carry on the decision of maintenance organization, and used the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process analysis to carry on the decision of maintenance strategy, and has also carried on the analysis of he preventive maintenance cycle decision with the fuzzy absolute , and has made the confirmation take some label printing enterprise's equipment maintenance decision as the example to confirm these theories.
