The Key Field Of Intelligent Manufacturing From Two Perspectives And Its' Hot Spots

The current global manufacturing industry is in the stage of transformation and upgrading and rapid development,China needs to seize the opportunities by the development of intelligent manufacturing to beyond the traditional manufacturing power.The purpose of this paper is to define the key areas of intelligent manufacturing through the interpretation and analysis of macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives,and to research the trend and the technical hotspots of intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,through the analysis of the development strategy of manufacturing industry in the United States,Germany and China,this paper obtained the connotation of intelligent manufacturing from the perspective of national strategy,and obtained the range of intelligent manufacturing technology from the perspective of enterprise through the patent classification number analysis,Then,defined the key areas of intelligent manufacturing: intelligent sensing and control,intelligent monitoring and measurement,and industrial big data.Secondly,used CNKI and web of science to get the data of Chinese and English papers,and used the above three key words as the key words to analyze the research hotspots and trends of Chinese and English academic documents by using statistic analysis and word frequency analysis based on bibliometric method.Thirdly,obtained the patent data from the TotalPatent global patent database with the above keywords,and the technical hotspots and trends of the key areas of intelligent manufacturing were analyzed from the patent management map and the patented technology map,and the k-means clustering algorithm was used.Lastly,the following trends are obtained by comprehensive paper and patent analysis.(1)The new generation of information technology under the big data analysis and cloud computing in the core areas of intelligent manufacturing occupies an important position,and its integration with the industrial manufacturing industry as well as on the application in the economic and management is also a hot spot of intelligent manufacturing in the future.(2)Network communication technology as the basis of the interconnection of devices,occupies a place in the current and future intelligent manufacturing research.(3)The field of industrial control is combining with big data,artificial intelligence,to the adaptive control direction.
