Intelligent manufacturing is the application of intelligent technology to the manufacturing process,which realizes the flexible,intelligent and highly integrated manufacturing process.The intelligent manufacturing industry is the material production department that uses intelligent manufacturing technology to carry out enterprise economic activities,and it is the engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.German industrial 4.0,and American industrial Internet presenting the global industrial intelligent trend,"Made in China 2025" strategy connects with the development trend of global manufacturing industry,and puts forward the strategic goal of building a manufacturing power.It requires Shanghai to accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing industry and promote transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.The key to accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing industry lies in industrial technology innovation.However,the overall level of informatization,automation and intelligence in manufacturing industry in Shanghai is relatively low,and its innovation ability in the field of intelligent manufacturing,such as Internet of things,Big data and Cloud computing,is relatively weak.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technological innovation path of Shanghai's intelligent manufacturing industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Shanghai.This thesis takes Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry as the research object,focusing on the technical innovation of the intelligent manufacturing industry,using the theory of technological innovation and industrial upgrading,as well as the analysismethods of knowledge map,patent map,grey relation and so on,research from six aspects:Firstly,the core concept of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing industry and industrial technology innovation are defined,and the theoretical value of technological innovation theory and industrial upgrading theory as the research and analysis framework of technological innovation in intelligent manufacturing industry is explained.Secondly,the relationship between technological innovation and industrial structure is explained in theory,and the change of industrial structure in Shanghai is closely related to the ability of technological innovation.Combined with empirical research,the development status of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry is combed,and main bottlenecks which restrict the development of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry are analyzed.Thirdly,from the theoretical analysis of the general and key technology in industry development,the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing industry are analyzed based on the intelligent manufacturing industry chain,industrial development stage and market environment combined with knowledge map method.Artificial intelligence,Industrial robot,Internet of things,Big data and Cloud computing are the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing industry.Fourth,using the patent map analysis method,from the spatial layout of the related invention patents technology,we discuss the competitiveness of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry in the key technology areas.Fifth,according to the Potter competitiveness model,the factors that affect the technological innovation of intelligent manufacturing industry are analyzed,and the grey relational index system of influencing factors is constructed,and the correlation degree between the influencing factors is measured.Sixth,from the perspective of the evolution of industrial technology innovation,we constructed the practice path of technological innovation of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry,and put forward the corresponding implementation mechanism and decision-making recommendations.The following conclusions can be drawn from the research.The technology innovation of intelligent manufacturing industry should focus on key technologies,such as Artificial intelligence,Industrial robots,Internet of things,Big data and Cloud computing,so as to achieve the deep integration of intelligent manufacturing technology andtraditional manufacturing industry.The technological innovation ability of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing industry in key technology areas lags behind Beijing,Guangdong,Jiangsu and other provinces and cities,The key to enhance industrial technical innovation ability of Shanghai intelligent manufacturing is to promote the technological innovation ability of enterprises,increase the input of resources elements especially the gathering of innovative talents,and improve the incentive mechanism of the market.
