| In recent years, China’s power supply has shifted from a shortage of tight supply and demand balance or even loose excess, economic growth slowed, power equipment demand weakened. In the future, the new power plant project will be gradually reduced, the power industry competition intensifies, the industry average profit rate is very low. In such a large environment, X electric power company proposed supply chain management based procurement model innovation, designed to reduce engineering costs, improve project profit margins.This paper is based on the construction of the power industry, focusing on the efficiency of the electric power construction enterprise procurement, the research direction and the core content; and deeply study and analysis of related literature purchasing mode of procurement management in supply chain management of the procurement management theory, supply chain management and the traditional purchasing management and supply chain management under the X, the power company based on supply chain management of the new procurement model as the research object, firstly analyzes the demand characteristics and background of Chinese power industry, followed by the motivation of X enterprise management status and purchasing mode reform are analyzed, then the optimization design of supply chain management procurement mode, finally the optimization design of new mode.Through to the domestic and foreign procurement management theory research, and supply chain management, purchase management and the traditional purchasing management and procurement mode under the supply chain management research, use of procurement management and related professional theory was summarized, case analysis and conclusions deductive lay the theoretical foundation.To in x power company based on supply chain management of the new procurement model as an example, combined with the situation of the enterprise, development strategy, the external environment, the cause of the reform and of comprehensive analysis, to analyze the problems in the purchasing management under the supply chain management, to form a new and more efficient design. |
