The Study On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Sustainable Development Powers Of Tianjin Port

The planning outline of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development has been implemented in 2015,it not only clarifies positions for the three regions,but also determines the goals of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.It contains both top-level design outline and the rules for the implementation plans.The implement of transportation integration,environmental protection integration,industry integration and other Detailed-rules mean that the great strategy decision-Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development has been carried out completely.Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21^st–Century Maritime Silk Road has been published in the same year,it commands that we should take major ports as nodes in order to construct a clear,safe and effective great route.In the background of the period of“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development”and“The Belt and Road”,Tianjin Port faces huge challenges and opportunities.As the container business accounted for the larger proportion of the overall business of Tianjin port,and it's the main force driving the growth of Tianjin port cargo throughput.Therefore,only by making objective evaluation to competitiveness of Tianjin Port container business and searching for countermeasure which is used to promote the competitiveness,can it get the government's policy to improve internationalization development of Tianjin Port container business,to promote port to restructure,and to make the northern international shipping center become the global resource configuration hub.First of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristics of the container port,summarizes the basic theory of the sustainable development powers of the container port,and also sorts out the main impacts.Based on the overview and summary of the internal and external competitive environment of container business in Tianjin port,prediction of container throughput and ship type is given.Then based on the arrangement,analysis and research of the factors affecting the sustainable development powers of the container port,this thesis uses the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process?AHP?method to establish the evaluation index system of the sustainable development powers,objectively evaluates the sustainable development powers of Tianjin port,Qingdao port,Dalian Port port and Busan port.The evaluation result shows that the sustainable development powers of Tianjin Port only ranks third in Tianjin,Qingdao,Dalian and Busan container ports,and there is a great gap between Tianjin Port and the International Container Port Busan Port.In the end,in order to improve the sustainable development powers of Tianjin Port and provide strategic guidance for the later development of port,based on the evaluation result of the sustainable development powers of Tianjin container Port,the thesis comes up with“Six-in-one”competitive strategies that strengthening the port infrastructure construction,perfecting the necessary service,optimizing the collection and distribution system,enhancing the soft power,carrying out regional cooperation and deepening cooperation with large liner companies.
