This study,which is based on the domestic and foreign advanced training experience,takes the training of human resources management theory as the core.It also consulted a large number of books,documents and information about human resources training and integrated with A company's production management and training data.According to the in-depth analysis on the status of human resources training,we found there existed human resources training problems so we put forward the design and implementation of human resources training system,mainly includes the following six points:internal training instructor system,to establish training incentive system,the rationality of design training project,to create a nice atmosphere for training,the guarantee measures for training staff and training expenditure adjustment measures.In the research process of this article mainly mainly used literature analysis,statistical analysis and empirical analysis.
