Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Process Of Informatization Construction Of State Grid

State-owned enterprise is a specific form of public ownership. In Information Age, state-owned enterprises represented by State Grid Company have also experienced great changes brought by informatization. According to strategic arrangements made by State Grid, the company entered into the climax of informatization construction from 2009. Informatization construction is not a new concept. But it is still necessary to do some research. Many examples testifies that the results of the informatization construction in some companies are not satisfactory, and departs from the original goals and even can be very dangerous, which brought much more new problems than the solved ones by informatization construction.In this paper, literature, social survey and comparative analysis methods are employed. The theory frameworks are society informatization and social need sustainable developments. Then the process, content, effect and achievement experiences are respectively elaborated in details. A Satisfaction Survey on Informatization is conducted to analyze the contemporary level of informatization of State Grid and the disadvantages of informatization constructions. In the last chapter, there are four main problems summarized that largely-used abroad products, uncontrollable status, unbalanced region development and information talents problems during informatization process, it also put forward some proposals to solve the existing problems.In this paper, the informatization construction of State Grid is studied and analyzed profoundly. The study and analysis are good for the understanding of basic contents of informatization of other organizations, and help other organizations to avoid detours when conducting well-directed informatization work and then accelerate the development of the comprehensive informatization in State Grids in China.
