The Application Research Of Lean Production In T Company

Lean Production is not widely used in China yet,because its research is started later than other countries and there is some difference in culture.Nowadays Lean Production is widely used in the field of Automobile manufacturing.Since China makes a strategy for moving from being a big manufacturer to a strong manufacturer,Lean Production can provide strong power for our manufacturing.Lean Production focuses on eliminating the waste of the factory,by creating a “one-piece-flow” pattern to find problems easily and solve them quickly.It focuses on site management,and also on continuous improvements which are finished by all the staff.Lean Production is successful in Japan,but there are fewer successful application cases in China.The T company is a supplier of medical imaging services and product solutions.After the success of independent research and development,its products enter into the domestic and international markets.When the foreign companies make a strategy of price reduction,it decides to develop in the medium and low level market as a strategy.So it implements the Lean Production for cost reduction and efficiency increasing.After analyzing the whole production process,the T company optimizes the process by using the method of Lean Production.The company begins to find the bottleneck,and reaches the goal of improving the capacity.The company changes the production system into pull system,and the system reduces the number of work-in-process by setting a buffer area.For further reducing the waste,the company renews the layout of some process by the method of resource integration.About the mass production of MRI industry,there are few lessons to learn from.This paper analyzes and summarizes the T company's problems,which are encountered in the implementation of Lean Production.This paper finds the way which is suitable for the T company itself,summarizes how to solve the problems of Lean and the effect after being Lean.Lean Production are very useful for the growth of productivity and the reduction of the Production cost.This is good for marketing competition,also provides experience for other companies which have the similar problems.
