CPC central committee general secretary pay more attention to the economic quality,emphasis on "efficiency","quality foremost" and the necessity and urgency to solve the problem of quality,put the quality of economic problems into a more prominent position,further enrich and develop the quality thought of Communist Party.Building moderately prosperous society is our periodical goal in the process of development,and also is the prophase task and development goal of building moderately prosperous society,and its final respect is to let national people enjoy a higher quality of life.Researching the economic quality thought of Communist Party under the background of building moderately prosperous society has a very prominent significance for the promotion and development of quality construction work,achieving the goal of quality power,building moderately prosperous society and pushing the process to achieve the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article is established in the connotation research of the quality thought,systematically analyzes the content of the economic quality thought of Communist Party under the background of building
