Research On The Risk Management Of KLG Scenic Area Construction Project—Based Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Ever since the 21st century,tourism industry um also makes tourism the main way of life and modern human social economic activities in the great opportunity of development,especially the advent of the era of mass tourism activities.KLG scenic spot locals in YN province,where the tourism industry is a pillar and key industry to develop,KLG is one of the 20 important projects of YN province,and also a key project in KLG's group company.As we know,tourism project construction itself belongs to high investment projects,construction cycle is long,planning and design is complicated and costly,once complicated,it can hardly be used by others.Unforeseen factors exist in the construction process of tourism project,many problems appeared during each stage will affect the implementation of the construction project,a variety of ways to increase the risk of the project.Therefore,how to carry on the effective risk management of scenic spots project is essential to the healthy development of the tourism industry and also is a key problem to be solved and vital to YN province.KLG scenic spot program is a tourist complex which takes dinosaur remains as the core and contains a set of popular science education,tourism,leisure tourism.It digs into cultural value,belongs to the cultural tourism projects in the tourism industry and in accordance with the national development of the tourism industry policy.During the process of construction,it may face policy risk,economic risk,management risk,management risk and other risks.Through expert scoring and Delphi method of risk identification,this paper constructs a risk framework of KLG scenic spot,which is made up by management risk,economic risk and operating risk.According to the result of questionnaire survey,this paper constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of comprehensive evaluation of KLG scenic area project construction risk,found that the management risk of KLG scenic area influence most,operating risk takes the second place,the last is the economic risks.Hence,in order to effectively manage kinds of risks during the construction of KLG scenic spot,management risks including project planning,construction safety risk,construction quality risk,economic risks including macroeconomic risk and funds reclaim risk,operating risks including policy risk,market risk,integrity risk and competition risk should be under better control.Meanwhile,the system construction KLG scenic area and the leadership role should be strengthened,to avert working style and build a clean in the party.To sum up,treat the KLG scenic project construction risk management as the research target,based on theoretical knowledge,this paper closely combined the reality of KLG scenic area,and applied the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct suitable for KLG scenic area construction project risk management mode.According to the comprehensive score,the evaluation results are analyzed,and the specific scheme of risk management of KLG scenic spot project is obtained,and policy recommendations are put forward.
