Study On The Optimization Scheme Of M Company's Wine Transportation Path

With the rapid development of information and transportation in today's world,wine and wine culture have been spread around the world,and Chinese people are drinking more and more imported wine.Wine in the western countries,especially in the old world wine countries in the dining long prosperous,but also the main wine producing countries of the pillar of the economic industry,in these countries in the development of civilization for a long time to occupy an important position.With the rapid development of information and transportation in today's world,wines that are considered to have health functions are also popular around the world.Coupled with the arrival of the era of global economy,China's logistics industry to a new position,logisties industry has become an important interest growth point in the national economy.However,compared with foreign enterprise logistics management,China,s enterprise logisties cost is too high and economic efficiency is slow to improve.In particular,the proportion of transportation cost in logistics cost is more than half,which shows that reducing transportation cost is the key to logistics management.Therefore,the research on the control of transportation cost is of great practical significance to the development of logistics in China.T his paper briefly introduces the development trend of logistics industry and wine industry,and then briefly introduces the research status of wine transport and vehicle transport route optimization by scholars at home and abroad.Based on the relevant theories and concepts,the optimization model of vehicle transport route,characteristics of wine products,storage and transport conditions of wine were studied.On the basis of this theory,taking the wine transportation management of M company as an example,and comparing the transportation cost management of other companies in the same production area,this paper analyzes the operation problems and causes of M company in the wine transportation management process,and then makes the specific content and expected target of controllihg the transportation cost.According to the content and expected target of transportation control,the optimization model of wine transportation route scheme of M company is established,and the optimization target is obtained by using the economizing algorithm.Through the comparison with the initial scheme,it is found that the transportation cost is reduced,which proves that the optimization model actually increases the economic benefits of enterprises.Finally,according to the problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of wine transportation management of M company,which can not only provide reference for M company,but also provide reference for other companies' transportation management.
