| Tourism enterprises as the body of the tourism industry in the production and business operation,is the source of tourism industry creates value.Leave the real economy of the capital operation may lead to a lot of bubble economy,the continued growth of listed companies for tourism industry has become a realistic problem worth thinking about.Tourism listed company growth ability is a reflection of the company’s future development,research and analysis on growth ability are the listed tourism companies management theory and method research of new task and new direction.This study is that according to the characteristics of the tourism industry and enterprise,using literature method,factor analysis,content analysis and other methods,build the growth ability evaluation system,scientific expedition travel the growth ability of listed companies and its influence factors.This topic research process,this paper defines the concept of tourism enterprises growth ability,summarizing the domestic and foreign existing on enterprise growth ability evaluation system and evaluation method on the basis of combined with the characteristics of China’s tourism industry,tourism enterprises,with the xi’an qujiang cultural tourism co.,LTD as a case for analysis.When the growth ability of comprehensive evaluation in 29 of the Shanghai and shen zhen A shares listed tourism companies in our country as the reference sample,selected the within three years from 2013 to 2015 growth ability index data using SPSS software for factor analysis,extract the five can more fully reflect our country tourism listed company growth ability index,calculates the listed tourism growth ability score,and compared with QuJiangWen brigades are classified.Finally,using the content analysis method,this paper analyzes the factors which affect QuJiang cultural tourism co.,LTD.growth ability,and put forward the corresponding opinions and Suggestions according to the conclusion.This study results show that the QuJiang cultural tourism co.,LTD.as historical and cultural scenic spots of the integrator and operator,after years of development,through many project experience gradually formed a unique resource advantages and growth ability.Company’s growth,fluctuated continued upward trend,future growth ability is mainly manifested in the scenic spot overall operation management ability,the comprehension of the related industries synergy and strategic planning ability.QuJiang cultural tourism co.,LTD on the other hand,the internal and external advantage ability to rely on,has also led to a company outside the area for the expansion of the market power is insufficient,the market outside the territory of planting need to rely on creative planning research and development of the project itself.QuJiang cultural tourism co.,LTD.growth ability,therefore,the resource threshold to determine their comparative advantage,also limits the development of cross-regional interdisciplinary integration ability.The innovation of this study lies in Frome the view of micro level of enterprises,combining the development of the real economy and capital market,based on the xi ’an QuJiang cultural tourism co.,LTD.,growth capability and influence factors were analyzed,and corresponding to its future development put forward the feasible countermeasure and the suggestion. |
