Study On Qujiang Tourism Clustering Development

Since the 1990s,with further deepening of industrial clustering phenomenon and industrial clustering theory by scholars both at home and abroad, industrial clustering theory has become one of the important theories in guiding regional economic development. Currently, the scholars'circle has applied industrial clustering theory to tourism and conducted some discussions and researches over tourism clustering phenomenon and tourism clustering theory.Though in its initial stage, Some concepts concerned has still been raised Qujiang sees some stage achievements after ten-odd-year development, but its level is still in the initial stage and needs to develop and perfect further. From the perspective of its current tourism development situation, Qujiang has advantages in culture resource, industry basis, industry policy, tourists'needs, accessible situation, and disadvantages in action plan, product design, route design and combination, products'publicity and promotion, cooperation and coordination between enterprises.Based on several foreign instances of tourism clustering, the author conducts experimental generalization and summary on the basic concepts concerning tourism clustering, tourism characteristics and characteristics of industrial cluster, the notion and the components, the forming conditions, types, advantages and the evolving processes of tourism clustering development. Through empirical analysis, the author frames a framework for Qujiang tourism clustering development, and its general planning is to form a comprehensive tourism clustering of"one central spot, three main lines, five points linkages and eight blocks". It's concrete measures include investigating and studying Qujiang, building leadership team, applying clustering theory, developing tourism products. Its action perspectives are to cultivate and perfect every point of tourism links and strengthen linkages and contacts among and between tourism links and build tourism clustering brand"Qujiang tourism, Xi'an China"and exert government's leading role in tourism clustering development. The author finally predicts Qujiang tourism clustering development's impacts on the environment, economy, social culture and city development.
