Research On MSEs Internet Financing Problems

MSEs(micro and small enterprises)is the important foundation of the national economic and social development.It plays a very important role on employment expanding,revenue increasing,promoting stability of the society.But the financing difficult problem is bothering the development of MSEs.On the one hand,the reasons are that MSEs' financial system is not perfect,the operation and management level are on the primary stage,anti-risk ability is weak,and there is information asymmetry between Banks.So receiving loans from Banks and other financial institutions is difficult;On the other hand,this situation is due to MSEs' spacial demand for capital,namely "small,short,frequency,urgent".These features do not conform to the supply of financing model characteristics of banks.The good news is that internet finance come up which helps to solve the problem of MSEs'financing.But at the same time,a large number of P2P platform take money running,which reveal that internet financial exposed a series of risks due to the lack of non-standard legal or regulatory.Only to analyze internet financial problems effectively,we make better use of the internet financial to ease MSEs' financing difficult problem.This paper introduces the basic concept and characteristics of MSEs and the internet finance,summarizes the internet financial financing way,analyzes the MSEs' financing problems under the internet finance and puts forward the solution of the relevant problems.And casing on Hunan Dream Set Sail Electronic Commerce Co.,LTD.,use it to reveal the financing problems of MSEs under the internet finance.In this paper,the main conclusions are:(1)Internet financial financing meets the characteristics of MSEs' financing needs,which is an effective way to relieve MSEs financing situation.(2)In the case of Hunan Dream Set Sail Electronic Commerce Co.,LTD.,the Internet financial financing alleviates the financing difficulties,but there are also some problems.(3)we should perfect Internet financial development environment,expand and innovate financing channel and strengthen the construction of MSEs to make better use of the Internet financial to promote MSEs' developing.
