Research On M Company's Application Of Lean Production Management

Firstly,this thesis introduces the research background and significance of lean production,and comprehensively describes the research and application of lean production.It addresses the relevant theoretical system of lean production,including the concept,connotation and basic theory basis of lean production.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the present situation of M company,and points out its problems in factory logistics flow pattern,inventory,scheduling,quality,work efficiency and daily management.The issues include overstock,unreasonable production line design,low production efficiency,low product quality,no material supply plan.Then,using the lean management method,combined with the M enterprise status quo,the thesis puts forward to a series of solutions which were put into pilot application on production line A in the company.And then the full scale deployment of lean production was conducted with good results.The research of lean production in this thesis proves that lean production can effectively improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,which has strong theoretical significance and practical reference value.
