The Research Of Lean Production Based On Takt Time And Pull Production

Although China has become a big manufacturing country, it still has a certain gap with advanced level in quality, efficiency and benefit, on the one hand is the lack of technical creativity, and on the other hand is the lag of management standard. In recent years, the Lean production, an advanced management method that could promote the level of enterprise management, is recognized and applied increasingly in the manufacturing industry. However, there are still many problems. For example, companies only implement Lean in limit parts instead of changing companies' system significantly, or just apply a few of basic methods and tools of lean instead of adopting improvements systematically and develop sustainable lean production management culture, or just simply import Lean instead of receiving significant results like Japanese companies. Therefore, it is one of the important research topics for Chinese large-scale manufacturing companies to achieve Lean localization, with exploring suitable management method that could bring them innovation by combining company's own management culture with reality.In this article, the author takes CRRC Sifang Corporation for instance, aims to improve company management systematically, and researches the methods, approaches and problems of Lean production implementation in large-scale manufacturing companies, puts forward solving measures and methods. At the same time, the author sets forth the establishment, implementation and effect of Lean production system based on Takt Time and pull production model, analyzes the effect and existing problems and comes up with improvement methods.The article points out the management approaches from the systematical perspective to implement the Lean production. The establishment of the Lean production system based on Takt Time and pull production model that solves the split relationship among the Lean tools implementation, Lean concept implantation and Lean culture cultivation. What's more, the article puts forward the measures which can guarantee the Lean production to carry out persistently and effectively to improve company management essentially, establishes the Lean evaluation system preliminarily. This research has a good reference for company to implement the Lean production management systematically and comprehensively.
