| As global economic integration of the sustainable development of the increasingly fierce market competition, the great changes have taken place in the market environment of electronics industry. The customers make a more and more higher request to product on quality, cost and delivery. The component enterprise work under the dual tension from material supplier and customer.If they can't improve the management level of the enterprises continuously, will be eliminated by market. The paper study on F Company, probes the method of production improvement with the thinking of Lean Production which fits the component manufacturing enterprise that plays a subordinate positioninthe supply chain.The author has done some works base on the F Company as below:First, based on the theory of Lean Production, analyze the status of supply chain and product characteristics in detail. At the same time, use the methods such as five force model and SWOT analysis to analyze the production status of F company in detail, then conclude the necessity of LP with the problem of production system.Secondly, based on the analyses, dissect the production management system on the basis of MRPII which F company use. By the contrast between MRPII and JIT, it makes a proposal to improve the production systemof JIT with the thinking of Lean Production. The proposal adopts JIT as operation and control system for enterprise grass-root unit.Thirdly, based on the realities of F company, make to improve the assemble production of level production and built the monitor mechanism of finished product, also make to improve the part production of pull production, and make a application research to improve the production line by standard operation method. It makes to optimize the production planning and control. The application shows the research made the production plan and control better and eliminated plenty of activities which non-valued and obtained excellent economic benefits. |
