Research On Process Optimization In BW Enterprise Based On Information System

The development of high technology and its related industries has become the main driving force to promote the overall development of the social economy.Compared with the traditional enterprises,high-tech enterprises have high technology content,high product update speed,long product development cycle,in the face of dynamic market environment need to be able to make timely response and other characteristics.In the face of fierce market competition,each high-tech enterprises need to study: how to more effective management of business process activities,improve the overall efficiency of enterprises,help enterprises to quickly make the right decisions.Enterprise information management is through information technology,to integrate enterprise management information,resources,processes.It aims to promote the effective management of business.Information management can promote enterprises to respond to market demand quickly and increase the economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprise information management is the only way for the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises.BW enterprise is a high-tech enterprise,is committed to the semiconductor industry,it is a set of advanced equipment R & D,manufacturing,sales and service in one.Since 2001,BW enterprise has gradually developed into the leader of semiconductor industry equipment and technology solutions.With the development and growth of enterprises,its technical strength and economic are enhanced,but there are still some problems in the operation and management.These problems limit the development of the enterprise's development speed.This thesis takes the BW high tech enterprise as an example.First,This thesis has carried on value chain analysis of the BW enterprise business system,identified the main activities of the enterprise value creation,the product development,production delivery and sales processes.Secondly,combined with the business characteristics of BW enterprises,some problems in the process are put forward.Finally,from the point of view of the application of information system in BW enterprise,practical improvement measures,effect evaluation and safeguard measures were given for process improvement.The research of this thesis provides reference and reference to the practical problems in the process improvement of BW enterprises and similar high-tech enterprises.
